De-Stacking

• It is recommended to communicate with customers/installers prior to starting deliveries so they are aware of this product, its benefits, and requirements for proper use.

• Assess condition of load at peak

  • If necessary, secure a 2x4 below the bundles to prevent sliding.

  • Pull off the top part of shrink-wrap, leaving sides intact.

  • Do not cut shrink-wrap all at once. Only remove the minimum amount necessary to remove bundles, removing a small amount for each row.

  • Approach stack from the side/peak of roof, not from below the stack

  • Unstack shingles in a balanced way. Remove side bundles first, then center bundles.

Storage

• LandingZone platforms must be stored inside and kept dry.

• DropZone (black) pallets may be stored inside or outside.
